This includes side-by-side comparisons of REITs, rental property opportunities, real estate crowdfunding platforms and pre-construction condo deals, with risk ratings, historical return data, liquidity notes, minimum capital requirements and fee structures; regional market guides for cities such as Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal; a structured education hub; an interactive returns calculator; and weekly market-insight articles.
The Site allows you to browse information, run calculations in your browser, submit contact forms and subscribe to a newsletter. The Site does not offer online transactions, brokerage services, account management, custody of funds or the ability to buy, sell or hold any investment.
